Return or Exchange Policy

At our store, we are committed to your satisfaction, so we offer friendly and flexible return policies.

We accept the exchange or return of your products within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase recorded on the invoice, provided that they have not been used, have not suffered aesthetic or technical damage, and have their labels, seals, all their components and original packaging.

The value paid for the items will be returned either through a gift certificate for the total amount paid for the product, or in the same way as they were canceled, respecting the value paid. For this, the presentation of the cash receipt of the purchase is essential. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the change of the product is for items of equal or greater value (paying the difference). Otherwise, you must request a return following the procedure provided for this purpose and make a new purchase.

Please note that when electronic billing comes into effect, we recommend always providing your personal information at the point of sale in the stores and the registration as a customer in the online store. In this way, the information is registered and we can manage the claim for change or return.

To initiate the return process, please write us a Ticket from your user account with the details of the order and the particular case.
