We are delighted to offer you the opportunity to receive your order in Panama and the World.

Once you complete your purchase, the order will be received and processed in our system. Once payment is confirmed, we will proceed with delivery within a period of 2 business days, Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm, depending on the availability of the products and the delivery location, except in red or difficult-to-access areas, in which case a new delivery address will be coordinated.

Shipments are handled by both our internal team and reliable providers to ensure that your order is handled efficiently and safely.

Shipments in the Capital
In Panama City, deliveries will be made to the address provided in the purchase process.

Shipments to the Interior
Orders placed in the interior of the country may be picked up at the Servientrega branch selected when making the purchase, 48 hours after confirming the order.

International shipments
During the purchase, select the country and delivery location details. After completing your order, our executives will contact you to coordinate the payment of the shipping fee based on the current rates.
